## AB Cycles 1-6

## Ab Cycle 1

This cycle will consist of 9 exercises, 20 seconds for each to complete 1 cycle. Take a 30 second break after each cycle and complete 3 cycles to complete Ab cycle 1.

## Ab Cycle 2

This cycle will consist of 9 exercises, 20 seconds for each to complete 1 cycle. Take a 30 second break after each cycle and complete 3 cycles to complete Ab cycle 2.

## Ab Cycle 3

This cycle will consist of 7 exercises, 20 seconds for each exercise with a 45 second break after each cycle. A total of 3 cycles to complete ten minutes overall.

## Ab Cycle 4

This cycle will consist of 5 exercises, 30 seconds for each exercise with a 45 second break after each cycle. Complete a total of 3 cycles.

## Ab Cycle 5

This cycle will consist of 5 exercises, 30 seconds for each exercise with a 45 second break after each cycle. Complete a total of 3 cycles.

## Ab Cycle 6

This cycle will consist of 4 exercises, 30 seconds for each exercise with a 45 second break after each cycle. Complete a total of 3 cycles.

## Advanced Ab Cycles

Advanced Ab Cycle 1

Complete 15 reps of each exercise without a break. After cycle one take a 45 second break and complete 2 more cycles. Make sure you are not swinging while completing the ab exercises. Make sure you have full range of motion with proper form to get the best results!
