Sweet Treats

Matcha Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon of Matcha
1 cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 Teaspoons of Honey
Optional: 1/2 scoop of Vanilla protein powder
*May be topped with the fruit of your choice

Instructions: 
1. In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until completely smooth. 
2. Let sit in the freezer for 4+ hours.


Chocolate Whip

Ingredients: 
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup of Vanilla Greek yogurt
Sliced fruit

Instructions: 
1. In a bowl, add protein powder and greek yogurt.
2. Mix them together until they are completely smooth. 
3. Use your favourite fruits to dip.




Healthy Dunkaroo Dip

1. In a bowl, add protein powder and greek yogurt.
2. Mix them together until they are completely smooth. 
3. Use your favourite fruits to dip.


Sweet & Salty Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients: 
1/3 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of low fat Greek yogurt
Sliced up fruit of choice
1 teaspoon of honey or agave

Instructions: 
1. In a container mix together the salt and greek yogurt
2. Let the mixture sit in the freezer for 1-2 hours
3. Once the mixture is frozen, drizzle honey and place fruit on top.

Healthy Peanut Butter Parfait

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons of PB2
Fruit of choice
1 teaspoon of hemp hearts
1-2 cups of greek yogurt

Instructions:
1. Mix PB2 with water
2. Place Yogurt in a bowl, place the PB2 on top.
3. Cut up fruit and place on top with hemp hearts




Baked Vanilla & Honey Chickpeas

Ingredients:
2 cans of chickpeas
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of honey
½ cup of splenda brown sugar

Instructions:
  1. Drain the chick peas and lay them out to dry for 30 minutes
  2. Evenly disperse the chick peas onto a cooked pan and place them in the over for 40-60 minutes at 400 degrees.
  3. Once the chick peas are hardened, take them out of the oven and place them in a container with the vanilla, honey, and brown sugar.
  4. Shake the container until chickpeas are covered.
  5. Place them back in the oven on the cookie tray for 5-7 minutes to caramelize them.
  6. Let cool for  20-30 minutes before eating. 


Oatmeal Dessert

Ingredients:
1.5-2 cups of Oats
1/4 container of PB2
1/4 of a small bag of Dark Chocolate Chips
1 /2 table spoon of Cinnamon
2 table spoons of Splenda Brown Sugar
Honey

​Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients, expect for the honey in a bowl. Add water until it is a paste.
2. On a cookie tray, place scoops of the batter, making cookies.
3. Drizzle honey over each of the cookies for sweetness.
4. Place in the freezer to harden.
* Keep in the freezer, take out 20 minutes before eating.
*The amounts of each ingredient can vary based on how much you want to make, as well as the tastes that you prefer.


No-Bake Cookie Dough

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of walnuts & almonds (crushed)
1/2 cup of oats
1-2 teaspoons of honey
1/2 cup of PB2
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips


Instructions:
1. In a blender, crush the walnuts and almonds, do the same separately to the oats.
2. Take a handful of dark chocolate and crush it in a blender as well, depending on how much is used with variate the color and taste of the cookies.
3. In a bowl, mix the crushed ingredients, as well as a table spoon of honey, and PB2 (which is mixed with water, and also may vary in amount depending on how strong of a taste you want).
4. Once all items are in a bowl, add water until it is a paste.
5. Scoop the batter into  muffin holders, place in the freezer to harden for at least 1 hour.
* These can be kept in the freezer or fridge, depending on your preferred texture.


PB2 Cookies

Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 cup of PB2 & water
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
* optional: 1 Scoop of protein powder





Instructions
:
1. Mix the listed ingredients above in a bowl.
2. Drop small balls of the dough onto a cooking platter.
3. Cook at 375  degrees, for about 15 minutes, or until they start to brown.
*The cookies will stay soft, as they look in the picture above.


Banana & PB2 bites

​Ingredients:
1-2 squished bananas
½ cup of honey or agave
½ cup of oats
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of PB2
1/3 cup of dark chocolate pieces
½ cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
¼ cup of Splenda brown sugar
 


Instructions
:
1. In a bowl, mix all of the listen ingredients until they are smoothly blended together.
2. Place on a baking pan and let freeze for 4 hours.
3. Slice into individual pieces (approximately 10).
