Robin 42 Years Old

25 Years Old
I have personally applied my training techniques. Every technique which I teach, I personally have used and successfully lost 50 pounds and 10 inches off my waist. I was able to accomplish this through the proper nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle habits.
22 Years Old
She lost 17 pounds and 4.5 inches off her waist. She was able to recover from a hip injury that she struggled with up until the age of 19. Her main goals were losing pounds off of her waist and legs, while defining her arms. Living a healthy lifestyle she is able to maintain continual growth in a healthy manner.
62 Years Old
Lost 30 pounds in 90 days. Started the program at 215 pounds and ended the program at 185 pounds. Before he started the program his knee was recovering from surgery. He was able to complete the program while he was recovering from knee surgery. He also did not have to go to a gym. He was able to lose 30 pounds by in home workouts with minimal equipment.
